Anticipation

By Martin Jansen, Owner of Jansen-PCINFO

It never gets old – the opening of the box, the process of learning something new and the particulars of each new computer.

There were some amazing deals during Black Friday and Cyber Monday.  Some computers were half price or less.  I kept monitoring, because my finances were not great.  I wanted the best deal possible for my $150.

I found it on Cyber Monday.  A 2-in-1 Lenovo C13 Yoga Chromebook for $149.  I ordered it and now I wait.

What attracted me to the Chromebook?  It wasn’t the processor or the 32GB storage that’s for sure.  No, what appealed to me was the ports and the build of this computer.  It’s a Thinkpad (known for quality) with a touch screen.  The reviews were good to excellent.  But all this is speculation.  I don’t have the computer yet.

That’s the great part of ordering a computer.  You order it and anticipate when it will arrive and hope that it is going to be great.

When it does arrive I’ll write all about it.
